Quick Diagnosis Checklist

Work through these 5 questions before reading the full cause list. Most issues resolve at question 1 or 2.

1

Is this link less than 48 hours old? Crazy Fox links have a confirmed 48-hour expiry.

2

Have you already claimed this specific link on your account?

3

Is Crazy Fox installed and up to date on this device?

4

Are you opening the link in your device's default browser, not an in-app browser?

5

Is the correct Crazy Fox account logged in on this device?

8 Causes, Ranked by Likelihood

1

The Link Has Expired (48-Hour Window)

Very Common

Crazy Fox reward links expire 48 hours after they are issued. This is the documented expiry window - not an estimate. A link posted at 10am on Monday expires at 10am on Wednesday. Any link you find through a shared community post, Facebook group, or aggregator site may have been active for hours before you saw it. If the link was shared without a timestamp, you have no way of knowing how far into the 48-hour window it already is.

Fix

Claim every link immediately when you find it. Check the daily links page at least twice daily - morning and evening - to catch links within a reasonable portion of their 48-hour window. Do not save links to claim later.

2

Link Already Claimed on This Account

Common

Each Crazy Fox reward link can only be claimed once per account. If you tapped the link previously - even within the same day - tapping it again opens the app but delivers no spins or coins. The link appears functional but your account record shows it was already redeemed. This is the second most common reason a link fails.

Fix

Aggregator pages that date-stamp and track links help identify which ones are new since your last visit. If the app opens normally but no reward appears, the link was already used on your account.

3

App Not Installed or Out of Date

Common

Reward links require Crazy Fox to be installed on the device you tap the link from. If the app is missing, the link redirects to the app store instead of delivering spins. If the app is significantly outdated, newer link formats may not be handled correctly by older versions - the app opens but the reward handoff fails.

Fix

Ensure Crazy Fox is installed and updated on the device you are using to claim links. Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play regularly.

4

In-App Browser Blocking Deep Link

Occasional

Reward links use deep links to launch the Crazy Fox app directly. In-app browsers within Facebook, Twitter/X, email apps, and other applications sometimes block or redirect deep links rather than passing them to the correct installed app. When this happens, the link opens a webpage or the app store listing rather than Crazy Fox itself.

Fix

Open links from your device's native browser - Safari on iOS, Chrome or the default browser on Android. If you see a link inside Facebook or Twitter, copy the URL and paste it into your default browser rather than tapping it inside the app.

5

Link Hit Its Total Claim Limit

Occasional

Some ASTAK-issued links include a maximum total claim count. Once the limit is hit, the link is inactive for all players regardless of whether they personally claimed it before. Links that circulate widely through community groups can hit claim limits quickly - sometimes within hours of being posted. By the time the link reaches a secondary share, the limit may already be exhausted.

Fix

Claim links from the official Crazy Fox Global Official Facebook page and @CrazyFox_Game Twitter/X account directly. Links found at the original source have the best chance of being within their claim limit. The further a link travels from its original post, the higher the risk of an exhausted limit.

6

Account Logged Into Wrong Profile

Occasional

If you have multiple Crazy Fox accounts or recently switched devices, the active account may not be the intended one. A link claimed successfully on the wrong account delivers spins to that account - and uses up the one-per-account claim for the link on your intended account too if they share a device.

Fix

Before claiming a link, verify which account is currently active in the app. Check the profile section to confirm the correct account is logged in.

7

Server or Network Interruption

Occasional

Spin delivery from reward links depends on ASTAK servers confirming the claim. During server maintenance, high traffic periods, or network issues, the app may open correctly but the reward transfer fails silently. No error message appears and no spins are delivered.

Fix

Wait 5 to 10 minutes and try again. Check the official Crazy Fox Facebook page for maintenance announcements. If server issues are active, affected links may work again once resolved - provided they have not expired in the interim.

8

Link from an Unofficial or Recycled Source

Less Common

Links shared through non-official channels - general Facebook groups, WhatsApp chains, third-party websites that aggregate without sourcing - may be recycled links that are already expired, at claim limit, or in rare cases fake links from phishing sources. The longer the chain of sharing, the less reliable the link.

Fix

Source links only from the official Crazy Fox Global Official Facebook page (facebook.com/CrazyFoxGlobalOfficial/) and @CrazyFox_Game on Twitter/X, or aggregators that timestamp and trace to those sources. Treat unverified shares with skepticism.

Prevention Tips

Claim within the 48-hour window

A morning and evening check reliably keeps you inside the window. Any link posted in the last 24 hours is still viable.

Use your default browser

Open links in Safari (iOS) or your default Android browser to avoid in-app browser deep link failures.

Source from official channels

The official Facebook page and @CrazyFox_Game Twitter/X account are the freshest sources. Links found there have the lowest chance of being expired or at claim limit.

Check timestamps on shared links

If a link has a visible timestamp, calculate whether it is still inside the 48-hour window. If no timestamp is visible, claim it immediately rather than waiting.

If Nothing Works

If links are consistently failing after checking all 8 causes, contact ASTAK Technology support through the in-app support option in Crazy Fox. Include:

  • Your Crazy Fox account username or player ID
  • The specific link(s) that did not work
  • Your device type and operating system version
  • The date and time you attempted to claim
  • Whether the app opened at all, and what happened (no reward pop-up, error message, redirected to store)

ASTAK can investigate specific failed claims server-side. In-app support is the most direct path for account-specific link issues.
