Crazy Fox Links Not Working?

Crazy Fox reward links expire 48 hours after they are issued. This is the documented expiry window - not an estimate. A link posted at 10am on Monday expires at 10am on Wednesday. Any link you find through a shared community post, Facebook group, or aggregator site may have been active for hours before you saw it. If the link was shared without a timestamp, you have no way of knowing how far into the 48-hour window it already is.

Each Crazy Fox reward link can only be claimed once per account. If you tapped the link previously - even within the same day - tapping it again opens the app but delivers no spins or coins. The link appears functional but your account record shows it was already redeemed. This is the second most common reason a link fails.

Reward links require Crazy Fox to be installed on the device you tap the link from. If the app is missing, the link redirects to the app store instead of delivering spins. If the app is significantly outdated, newer link formats may not be handled correctly by older versions - the app opens but the reward handoff fails.

Reward links use deep links to launch the Crazy Fox app directly. In-app browsers within Facebook, Twitter/X, email apps, and other applications sometimes block or redirect deep links rather than passing them to the correct installed app. When this happens, the link opens a webpage or the app store listing rather than Crazy Fox itself.

Some ASTAK-issued links include a maximum total claim count. Once the limit is hit, the link is inactive for all players regardless of whether they personally claimed it before. Links that circulate widely through community groups can hit claim limits quickly - sometimes within hours of being posted. By the time the link reaches a secondary share, the limit may already be exhausted.

If you have multiple Crazy Fox accounts or recently switched devices, the active account may not be the intended one. A link claimed successfully on the wrong account delivers spins to that account - and uses up the one-per-account claim for the link on your intended account too if they share a device.

Spin delivery from reward links depends on ASTAK servers confirming the claim. During server maintenance, high traffic periods, or network issues, the app may open correctly but the reward transfer fails silently. No error message appears and no spins are delivered.

Links shared through non-official channels - general Facebook groups, WhatsApp chains, third-party websites that aggregate without sourcing - may be recycled links that are already expired, at claim limit, or in rare cases fake links from phishing sources. The longer the chain of sharing, the less reliable the link.
