Highroller Vegas Links Not Working
Seven causes that account for nearly every failed reward link in Highroller Vegas. One of them - the VIP tier requirement - is specific to Highroller Vegas and often missed by players troubleshooting a failed claim.
Seven Causes and Fixes
#1: Link Has Expired
Highroller Vegas reward links have an expiry window set by the developer, typically 24 to 72 hours from posting. A link that was active when shared may have passed its expiry by the time you tap it. The game opens normally but no reward pop-up appears because the link is no longer valid.
#2: You Already Claimed This Link
Each reward link is single-use per account. If you have already tapped this link on any device, tapping it again on the same or a different device will not award coins a second time. The game opens but skips the reward screen silently.
#3: Link Requires a Higher VIP Tier
Some Highroller Vegas promotional links are tier-specific. The developer occasionally posts VIP-exclusive reward links that only credit coins to accounts that have reached a minimum VIP tier. If your account is below the required tier, the link opens the game but the reward pop-up does not appear. This is distinct from a standard expired or already-claimed failure because the link is technically still valid - it just does not apply to your account.
#4: Claim Cap Has Been Reached
The developer limits the total number of accounts that can claim each link. Once that cap is reached, the link stops working for new claimants even if it has not expired. High-value links and those posted during high-roller event windows fill faster.
#5: App Not Updated to the Latest Version
Reward links sometimes require the latest version of the app to process correctly. An outdated version may open via the link but fail to display the reward pop-up or credit the coins.
#6: Reward Credited But Not Visible Yet
The reward is processed server-side and occasionally does not appear in your balance until the next app load. The pop-up may not appear, but the coins are pending.
#7: Link Opened in the Wrong Browser or App
If the link opens in an in-app browser (inside Facebook or another app) rather than your device's default browser, the deep link that triggers the game may not pass through correctly. The web page loads but the game does not open automatically.
Quick Checklist Before Giving Up
If all six boxes are checked and the link still did not credit coins, the claim cap was most likely reached before you got to it. The link is exhausted and no action will recover that specific reward. Fresh links on the daily page are the fastest path back to coins.
