Pet Master Links Not Working?
If a Pet Master reward link opened the game but delivered no spins or coins, one of these seven causes is responsible. Cause three - rewards credited to the Village Building Fund rather than your main coin balance - is specific to Pet Master's village system and easy to miss if you only check your main coin counter.
Link Has Expired
Pet Master reward links expire within 24 to 72 hours of being posted by Moon Active. Once expired, clicking the link will open the game but deliver no spins or coins. This is the most common reason links fail - most community reshares contain links that are already past their expiry window by the time they reach you.
How to fix it
- Always claim from the freshest source - the links at the top of our list are added as they go live from official channels
- Check the post timestamp before clicking shared links from Facebook groups or fan pages
- Enable push notifications to catch new links within the first hours of posting
Link Already Claimed on This Account
Each Pet Master reward link can only be claimed once per account. If you have already collected this link on any device connected to your account, clicking it again will open the game but add nothing. This is expected behavior.
How to fix it

- Return the following day for the next batch of fresh links
- Use one account consistently - switching accounts to reclaim links violates the terms of service
Reward Credited to Village Building Fund, Not Main Balance
Some Pet Master reward links credit coins specifically to your Village Building Fund - a separate allocation used to fund village structure upgrades rather than your main coin balance. If your main coin counter does not change after clicking a link, open the Village overview screen and check your Building Fund balance separately. The reward was delivered - it was routed to the Building Fund for village upgrade spending rather than your general coin pool.
How to fix it
- After claiming a link, check your Village Building Fund in the Village overview before assuming the link failed
- Village Building Fund coins are applied automatically when you tap to upgrade a village structure
- If you prefer general-use coins, look for links labelled as standard coin or spin rewards rather than village or building bonuses
Link Reached Maximum Total Claims
Moon Active sets a maximum number of times each link can be claimed across all players. High-value spin links hit their cap faster than smaller routine links. Once the cap is reached, no player can claim the link regardless of their claim history.
How to fix it
- Claim links as early as possible after they are posted - the first few hours have the most remaining claims
- Do not rely on reshared links from secondary sources - by the time they circulate, high-value links are often already capped
- Check our list multiple times throughout the day rather than one bulk session
App Not Installed or Not Updated
Reward links require the Pet Master app to be installed on the device you are clicking from. Outdated versions of the app can also fail to process incoming reward links if the link format changed in a newer release.
How to fix it
- Ensure Pet Master is installed on the same device you are clicking from
- Update to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play before claiming links
- If claiming on a new device, install the app and log in before clicking any links
Account Not Logged In When Link Was Clicked
If the game app opens but you are not logged in to your account when the link lands, the reward has nowhere to go and the claim fails silently. This happens most often after reinstalling or switching devices.
How to fix it
- Open Pet Master and confirm you are logged in before clicking any links
- If the app prompts a login screen after a link opens, log in and retry the link
- Avoid clicking links immediately after reinstalling - log in and sync your account first
Link Source Is Not Official
Not all links shared in community groups come from Moon Active. Some are outdated reposts of already-expired links. Official reward links only come from the verified Pet Master Facebook page and push notifications.
How to fix it
- Only claim from sources you trust - this page pulls links directly from official developer channels
- Do not enter your account credentials on any site offering free spins in exchange for login details
- Links that require survey completion or app downloads before claiming are not official - skip them
