UNO! Links Not Working - 7 Fixes
Most UNO! reward link failures fall into one of seven causes. Cause #3 - coins crediting to the Power Gauge Reserve instead of the main balance - is unique to UNO! and accounts for a significant share of reports that appear to be failed links but are actually successful credits to a secondary balance counter.
Link Has Already Expired
UNO! reward links expire within 24 to 72 hours of posting. Once expired, tapping a link opens the game without crediting coins or gifts. Check this page daily to claim links before the expiry window closes. Links posted overnight have the most remaining time when accessed in the morning.
Link Already Claimed on This Account
Each UNO! reward link is a one-time claim per account. Tapping a link you have already claimed opens the game without crediting rewards and shows no error message. Claiming on one device and re-tapping from another device under the same account produces no additional reward.
Coins Credited to Power Gauge Reserve, Not Main Balance
UNO! SpecificThis is unique to UNO!. Reward link coins sometimes credit to the Power Gauge Reserve rather than the main coin counter in the lobby. The Power Gauge Reserve is a secondary balance accessible from the Rewards or Inbox section of the game menu. Coins there are fully usable on any game mode but do not appear in the main HUD counter. Your main balance will not change after a Reserve credit, which leads many players to believe the link failed.
App Is Not Updated to the Latest Version
UNO! updates from Mattel163 sometimes change how reward links are validated. An outdated app version may not process links from newer campaigns, resulting in a silent failure. Update UNO! through the App Store or Google Play before claiming recent reward links. Wait for the update to complete fully before tapping.
Opening Link in a Browser Instead of the App
UNO! reward links are deep links that must open in the game app to credit rewards. Tapping a link from a mobile browser, copying the URL manually, or accessing it from a desktop without the app will not credit coins. Tap reward links from a device with UNO! installed so the link routes directly into the game.
Account Not Logged In When the Link Opens
If UNO! opens to a login or guest screen when you tap a reward link, the link credit cannot attach to your account. Log in before tapping reward links. If you are prompted to log in after tapping, log in and return to the link source to tap it again.
Regional Restriction on the Reward Link
Some UNO! reward campaigns from Mattel163 are geo-restricted to specific countries. Links from regional Facebook pages or country-specific push notifications may not credit coins to accounts outside the target region. Consistent failure from one source while other sources work normally suggests geo-restriction.
