Coin Master Links Not Working
Nine times out of ten it's expired or already claimed. Here's how to tell, and what to do about the other one time.
Quick Answer
Coin Master links expire after 3 days and each link can only be claimed once per account. If you claimed the same link from Facebook, email, or another site, it won't work again here. The fix for 90% of link problems is simply using a fresher link.

Link Has Expired
Most links expire after 3 days.Coin Master links are valid for approximately 3 days after Moon Active publishes them. If the link is older than that, it's dead and no amount of troubleshooting will fix it. This is by far the most common reason links don't work. The fix is simple: use fresher links. Our daily page is updated throughout the day with links from the current window.
Try a newer link from our daily page.
Already Claimed
Each link works once per account.Every Coin Master reward link has a unique ID. If you already claimed it from another source (Facebook, email, a different website, or a friend sharing the same link), tapping it again gives you nothing. The link isn't broken. You already used it. Since multiple sites share the same official links, this happens more often than people realize. If a link says "already collected" or shows no reward, move on to the next one.
Skip it and claim the next uncollected link.
App Doesn't Open
Links must be opened on a mobile device with the game installed.Coin Master links are designed to open the mobile app directly. If you click a link on a desktop computer, it won't work. The link needs to be tapped on a phone or tablet where Coin Master is installed. If you're on the right device and the app still doesn't open, make sure Coin Master is up to date. Outdated versions sometimes can't process new reward links. Go to the App Store or Google Play and check for updates.
Open the link on your mobile device. Update the app if needed.
Wrong Account / Not Logged In
Links reward the account that's currently active.Coin Master links deposit spins into whatever account is currently logged in on your device. If you're logged into the wrong Facebook account, or if you're playing as a guest when your main account is linked to Facebook, the spins go to the wrong place. Before claiming links, open Coin Master and verify you're on the right account. Look at your village and spin count to confirm. If the browser and the app are using different Facebook credentials, rewards won't sync. Try opening the link in an incognito/private browser tab to bypass cached logins.
Verify your account in-game before claiming. Try incognito mode if credentials mismatch.
Connection Error
Weak internet or server issues. If you tap a link and get a spinning loader that never finishes, or the app freezes at 99%, it's usually a connection issue. Coin Master needs a stable internet connection to process reward links. Switch from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa) to test. If the game servers are down for maintenance, nothing will work until they come back. This usually resolves within an hour. Check Moon Active's social media for any outage announcements.
Switch networks. If servers are down, wait and try later.
Spins Not Appearing After Claiming
The reward was claimed but the UI didn't update.Sometimes you tap a link, see the "Collect" confirmation, but your spin count doesn't change. This is almost always a display bug. Close Coin Master completely (force close, not just minimize) and reopen it. Your spins should be there. If you claimed multiple links quickly back-to-back, the animations can overlap and cause glitches. Wait for each claim animation to finish before tapping the next link. If spins still don't appear after a full restart, try clearing the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > Coin Master > Clear Cache).
Force close and reopen the app. Claim links one at a time.
Still Not Working? Full Troubleshooting Steps
Work through these in order. Most people solve the problem by step 3.
Try a different, newer link from our daily page. If it works, the original link was expired or already claimed.
Make sure you're tapping the link on the same device where Coin Master is installed. Desktop won't work.
Open Coin Master and confirm you're logged into the correct account. Check your village and spin count.
Update Coin Master to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play.
Switch your internet connection. If you're on WiFi, try mobile data. If you're on data, try WiFi.
Force close Coin Master completely, then reopen it. Try the link again.
Clear the app cache (Android only): Settings > Apps > Coin Master > Storage > Clear Cache.
Try opening the link in an incognito/private browser tab to bypass any cached Facebook login issues.
Restart your device. Sometimes a fresh start clears glitches that nothing else fixes.
If nothing works, contact Moon Active support through the in-game Help Center. Include your device type, OS version, and a description of what happens when you tap the link.
Platform-Specific Fixes
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Link opens Safari but not the app
Make sure Coin Master is installed and updated. Tap the link, then tap "Open" when iOS asks to launch Coin Master.
App freezes after claiming
Double-tap the home button (or swipe up), swipe Coin Master away, and relaunch.
App stuck at loading screen
Check for iOS updates. Delete and reinstall Coin Master if the issue persists (your account is saved via Facebook).
Android
Link opens browser instead of app
Go to Settings > Apps > Coin Master > Set as default > Open supported links: Always. Or long-press the link and choose "Open in app."
Spins not credited
Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Coin Master > Storage > Clear Cache. Do not clear data or you may lose guest account progress.
"Something went wrong" error
Update the app via Google Play. If already current, force stop and relaunch.
Facebook (Desktop)
Links redirect to a blank page
Coin Master links are mobile-only. Open the link on your phone instead. Desktop browsers cannot claim mobile game rewards.
Facebook login issues
Make sure your Coin Master game is connected to the same Facebook account your browser is logged into. Log out of other Facebook accounts if you have multiple.
How to Avoid Link Problems
Most link failures are preventable. Claim links the same day they appear on our daily page. Don't wait until day 3 when they're about to expire. Wait for each claim animation to finish before tapping the next link. Keep your app updated. Make sure your Facebook account is connected and you're logged in before you start claiming.
If you're collecting from multiple sources (our page, Facebook, email, Instagram), remember that each unique link ID only works once. Claiming a link from one source and then trying the same link from another source won't give you double rewards. That's not a bug, that's by design. Focus on one reliable source and you'll avoid the confusion of wondering which links you've already used.
For everything beyond link troubleshooting, the how to get free spins guide covers every other way to earn spins, and the spin strategy guide makes sure you don't waste the ones you collect.
