What to do
Claim links as early as possible after they are posted. If a link fails immediately after posting, the cap may already be reached. Move to the next available link - do not retry the same one.
Already Claimed on This Account

Each Hit it Rich bonus link can only be redeemed once per account. Zynga tracks claims by account ID. Clicking a link you have already used will show an error or silently fail without awarding coins.
What to do

Unlike mobile-only games, the browser version at hititrich.com is a valid platform - but the link must still reach your logged-in session.
What to do
On mobile, ensure the Hit it Rich app is installed before tapping links. If the link opens in a browser instead of the app, copy the URL, open the app manually, and look for a redeem or promo code option in settings. On desktop, open the link while already logged in at hititrich.com.
Unstable Internet Connection During Claim
Less CommonWhy it happens
When you tap a bonus link, the claim request must reach Zynga servers and return a successful response before coins are credited. A connection drop mid-claim can result in the link being marked as used on Zynga's end without the coins reaching your balance.
What to do
Switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection before claiming links. If you claimed a link and received no coins, check your balance against what you expected - Zynga sometimes processes the credit with a short delay. Wait 5 minutes before concluding the claim failed. Do not retry the same link as it may now register as already claimed.
Cache or App Data Conflict

The Claim Cap is the Hardest Problem to Work Around
Unlike expiry (which is time-based and predictable), Zynga's global claim cap per link is invisible. There is no error message that says "this link is fully claimed." The failed claim looks identical to other failure types. The only way to stay ahead of it is to claim links within the first few hours of posting. If you collect links at the end of the day, a portion will already be capped regardless of their expiry window.
Using the Browser Platform
Hit it Rich's browser version at hititrich.com is a full platform, not a fallback. If you regularly play on desktop, links should be opened while already logged in at hititrich.com in that same browser. Opening a link in a different browser from the one you play in, or while logged out, will typically fail to credit the reward even if the link is valid.
If you switch between platforms - mobile and browser - make sure both are connected to the same Zynga or Facebook account. A link claimed on mobile counts toward your account's claim history for that link, even if you later try to claim it again on desktop.
