Island King Links Not Working

#1: Link Has Expired
Island King reward links have an expiry window set by the developer, typically 24 to 72 hours from the time of posting. A link that was active when shared may have passed its expiry by the time you tap it. The game opens normally from the link but no reward pop-up appears.
#2: You Already Claimed This Link
Each reward link is single-use per game account. Once your account has claimed a link, tapping it again on any device will not credit spins or coins a second time. The game opens from the link but skips the reward screen silently.
#3: Reward Was Cards, Not Spins or Coins
Island King occasionally posts reward links that deliver card packs rather than spins or coins. Players who check their spin count and coin balance after claiming find both unchanged and assume the link failed - but the reward has actually been delivered as cards to their collection. Card rewards do not appear in the spin or coin counters, so they are easy to miss.
#4: Claim Cap Has Been Reached
The developer limits the number of accounts that can claim each link. Once the cap is reached, the link stops working for new claimants even if it has not expired. High-value spin links cap faster than small bonus links.
#5: App Not Updated to the Latest Version
Reward links sometimes require the latest version of the app to process correctly. An outdated version may open from the link but fail to display the reward pop-up or credit the spins.
#6: Reward Credited But Not Visible Yet
The reward is processed server-side and occasionally does not appear in your spin count or coin balance until the next app load. The pop-up may not appear, but the reward is pending.
#7: Link Opened in an In-App Browser
If the link is tapped from inside Facebook or another app that uses an in-app browser, the deep link required to open Island King and trigger the reward may not pass through correctly. The web page loads but the game does not open automatically.
Quick Checklist Before Giving Up
