Pearl's Peril Links Not Working?
If a Pearl's Peril reward link opened the game but delivered no tickets, one of these seven causes is responsible. Cause three - tickets credited to the Scene Replay Pool instead of your main ticket balance - is specific to the Chapter Mastery system and is easy to miss if you only check your standard ticket count.
Link Has Expired
Pearl's Peril reward links expire within 24-72 hours of being posted by the developer. Once expired, clicking the link will open the game but deliver no tickets. This is the most common reason links fail - most community reshares contain links that are already past their expiry window by the time they reach you.
How to fix it

- Scene Replay Pool tickets are automatically applied when you initiate a mastery replay session
- If you prefer general-use tickets, look for links labelled as standard ticket rewards rather than mastery or replay bonuses
Link Reached Maximum Total Claims
The developer sets a maximum number of times each link can be claimed across all players. High-value ticket links hit their cap faster than smaller routine links. Once the cap is reached, no player can claim the link regardless of their claim history.
How to fix it
- Claim links as early as possible after they are posted - the first few hours have the most remaining claims
- Do not rely on reshared links from secondary sources - by the time they circulate, high-value links are often already capped
- Check our list multiple times throughout the day rather than one bulk session
App Not Installed or Not Updated
Reward links require the Pearl's Peril app to be installed on the device you are clicking from. Outdated versions of the app can also fail to process incoming reward links if the link format changed in a newer release.
