Already Claimed
One claim per account.
Each reward link can only be claimed once per account. If you already tapped it earlier, it won't work again. Vegas Craze may not show a clear error message for this. It might just fail silently or show a generic error. If you're not sure whether you claimed a link, skip it and try the next one on the list.

Google Login Error
Known bug. Workarounds exist.
This is a Vegas Craze-specific issue that multiple players have reported on Google Play. The app refuses to sign in with Google, showing an error at the startup screen. If you can't log in at all, reward links obviously won't work. This appears to be an intermittent server-side issue. Workarounds include: clearing the app cache, updating Google Play Services, reinstalling the app, or using Apple ID sign-in instead if available.

Deep link routing issue.
Reward links use deep linking to launch Vegas Craze Casino directly. If the app isn't installed, the link will fail or redirect to the app store. Try a newer link
Go to our daily page. Pick a link posted within the last few hours. If it works, the old link was simply expired. (Daily links page)
Make sure the app is installed and updated
Check your app store for Vegas Craze Casino. If it needs an update, install it. New link formats sometimes require the latest version.
Fix Google login if needed

Platform-Specific Fixes
Android
Google login fix: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Clear Cache. Then update Google Play Services from the Play Store. Reopen Vegas Craze and try logging in again.
Default browser: Make sure Chrome is your default browser. Some manufacturer browsers (Samsung Internet, Mi Browser) don't handle deep links properly.
App links: Go to Settings > Apps > Vegas Craze Casino > Open by default > enable "Open supported links."
Battery optimization: Exclude Vegas Craze from battery optimization. Aggressive power saving can kill the app before deep links process.
iOS
Use Safari: Reward links work most reliably in Safari. Chrome for iOS sometimes fails to trigger Universal Links.
Long-press trick: If tapping a link opens the App Store instead of the game, long-press the link and select "Open in Vegas Craze Casino" from the menu.
Reinstall for cache clear: iOS doesn't have a cache-clear option. Delete and reinstall the app. Your account is safe if linked to Apple ID.
