Dice Dreams Links Not Working
You tapped the link. The app opened. No rolls. Here is exactly what went wrong and how to fix it.
Try Fresh Links First
Dice Dreams links expire within 24 to 48 hours. Today's links are far more likely to work than anything older.
Quick Diagnosis
Before working through every fix, answer 2 questions. First: how old is the link? If it is more than 24 to 48 hours old, expiration is almost certainly the cause. Expired links cannot be fixed - use fresh ones from the daily links page. Second: have you completed the tutorial and progressed past the first several kingdoms? New players who have not met the minimum threshold will see links silently fail regardless of which link they use.
If you are past the tutorial, using a fresh link, and still getting no rolls, work through the causes below in order. The majority of link failures for qualifying players are caused by expiration, app version issues, or connection problems - all of which have clear fixes.
Every Reason Links Fail (and How to Fix Each One)
The Link Has Expired
Most CommonWhat happened:
Dice Dreams reward links expire within 24 to 48 hours of being published. SuperPlay does not display a countdown timer on links, so there is no visible warning that a link is close to expiry. A link that appeared in your Facebook feed this morning may already be dead by evening. The game opens normally when you tap an expired link but delivers no rolls - making it look like a technical problem when the link is simply past its window.
The fix:
There is no way to revive an expired link. The only solution is to use fresh links. Check the daily links page in the morning and again in the evening to catch newly posted links before they expire. Never save links to claim later - claim them the moment you see them.
You Already Claimed This Link
Very CommonWhat happened:
Each Dice Dreams reward link is claimable once per account. Tapping a link you already claimed opens the app normally but delivers no rolls and shows no error. The silent failure makes it easy to mistake a previously claimed link for a broken one. Players who collect from multiple pages or bookmark links sometimes lose track of which ones they have already used.
The fix:
Check your roll count before and after tapping a link. If it did not increase, you either already claimed it or it expired. Going forward, claim links immediately when you see them and do not save them for later. A link you claimed today will not work again from the same account tomorrow.
Your Account Has Not Met the Minimum Requirement
Common (new players)What happened:
Dice Dreams reward links require players to have completed the tutorial and reached a minimum progression level before rolls are credited. New players who tap links before reaching this threshold find that the game opens but no rolls appear. The game does not show a clear error explaining the requirement - it simply processes the link without delivering rewards.
The fix:
Continue playing normally until you have completed the tutorial and advanced past the initial kingdoms. Links will begin working automatically once you reach the minimum threshold. You do not need to perform any special action - progression through the first several kingdoms is sufficient.
Your App Needs Updating
CommonWhat happened:
SuperPlay updates Dice Dreams frequently, particularly around new event launches. Older app versions may not correctly process reward links that use newer link formats or reward delivery systems. The outdated version opens the link and may show a brief animation but does not credit rolls to the account.
The fix:
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), search Dice Dreams, and tap Update if available. Complete the update fully before retrying the link. Enable automatic updates to prevent this issue recurring.
Opening the Link on the Wrong Device
ModerateWhat happened:
Dice Dreams is a mobile-only game. Tapping a reward link in a desktop browser cannot open the app and delivers no rolls. This is a frequent problem for players who discover links on a computer while the game is on their phone. The link appears to load - it may open a browser page - but no roll delivery occurs because the desktop environment cannot interface with the mobile app.
The fix:
Always open Dice Dreams reward links on the mobile device where the app is installed. If you find a link on a desktop, copy the URL and send it to yourself via text message or email, then open it from your phone. The link will launch the app directly if it is installed and the link is still active.
Connection Problems During Redemption
ModerateWhat happened:
Roll delivery from reward links requires a stable internet connection at the moment of processing. A connection drop during redemption can result in the link registering as claimed server-side without the rolls appearing in your account. This is more common on mobile data connections with intermittent signal than on stable WiFi.
The fix:
Switch between WiFi and mobile data and retry with a fresh link. If a link shows as already claimed but you received no rolls, close the app completely, wait 30 seconds, and reopen it. Rolls are sometimes delayed and arrive after the next app sync. If rolls still do not appear after reopening, the link is consumed and the delivery failed - contact SuperPlay support with your player ID and the specific link.
Corrupted Cache or Storage Issue
Less CommonWhat happened:
Corrupted app cache can interfere with link processing, particularly on Android devices. Symptoms include the app opening from a link but freezing on the loading screen, the reward animation playing without any rolls being added, or the link opening a blank in-app screen.
The fix:
On Android, go to Settings, then Apps, then Dice Dreams, then Storage, then Clear Cache. Do not tap Clear Data unless your account is saved server-side - which it is for all accounts linked to Facebook or Google Play Games. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Confirm your account is linked before reinstalling so progress is preserved.
Account Not Linked to a Platform
Less CommonWhat happened:
Dice Dreams accounts that are not linked to Facebook, Google Play Games (Android), or Apple Game Center (iOS) may have difficulty receiving rewards from external links. Unlinked guest accounts occasionally fail to process link redemptions correctly, particularly after app updates.
The fix:
Link your account to Facebook or your platform's native game service through the in-game settings menu. Account linking also protects your progress if you switch devices or reinstall the app. Once linked, retry the reward link.
Last Resort: Full Reinstall
Last ResortWhat happened:
If all other fixes have failed and fresh links consistently produce nothing on your device, the installation itself may be corrupted. This is uncommon but can occur after an interrupted update or when the device runs low on storage during a game update.
The fix:
Confirm your Dice Dreams account is linked to Facebook, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center so your kingdoms, rolls, and card progress are preserved. Delete the app, restart your device, reinstall Dice Dreams from the app store, and log back in. Test a fresh reward link after the full reinstall.
If None of That Worked
You are past the tutorial, using fresh links, running the latest app version, and still receiving nothing. At that point, contact SuperPlay support directly. Access support through the in-game menu under Settings or Help. Include your player ID, the specific link that failed, your device model, your operating system version, and a description of what happened when you tapped the link. Specific bug reports receive faster responses than generic "links don't work" messages.
While waiting for a response, your passive roll sources continue operating normally. The free rolls guide covers all earning methods - hourly regeneration and the 5 daily ad videos are unaffected by whatever is causing your link failures.
Prevent Future Link Problems
Claim Links Immediately
Dice Dreams links expire within 24 to 48 hours. Never save a link to claim later. The moment you see a link, tap it. A link alive now may be dead in 12 hours.
Follow SuperPlay on Facebook
SuperPlay's Facebook page posts new roll links first, often hours before other platforms. Follow the official page and enable notifications so you see new links within minutes of posting.
Keep the App Updated
Enable auto-updates for Dice Dreams. SuperPlay releases updates frequently around event launches, and an outdated app version is one of the most common preventable causes of link processing failure.
Always Open Links on Mobile
Dice Dreams has no desktop version. Links opened in a computer browser cannot reach the app. Find a link on desktop? Send the URL to your phone and open it there - the link will launch the app directly if active.
